Sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking and powerboating from our purpose-built centre in beautiful New Quay, West Wales. We hire equipment and offer RYA-certified courses and regular sessions, all with highly-qualified instructors. We are also a recognised AALA centre and can run school and group activities for you.
Our season runs from Easter until the end of September-ish. We launch from the protected bay and can run in most weather! New Quay is home to the largest population of bottlenose dolphins in Europe; we also regularly spot seals, porpoises and lots of seabirds. We are dog-friendly.
Toilets, showers, changing rooms and lockers are available. Wetsuits are available to hire; we provide spraytops, buoyancy aids/lifejackets and boots.
We are a charity organisation existing to promote outdoor lifestyles, include more diverse groups on the water, and raise the profile of sailing and all watersports in the West Wales area. We welcome donations and volunteers.

Google review June 2024Another year and time for some more watersports. I've had plenty of help tips and advice windsurfing. I've been well looked after by all the staff. Windsurfing is getting much better. Thought I would try wing surfing this year. Conditions were a bit tricky bit of a swell and a bit on the windy side. Everything was explained clearly on the the beach before I got anywhere near the water. Evie was clear and concise about what I should and shouldn't be doing. I did manage to stand up a few times. A very good experience well looked after as always. I'm sure I will be going back for more activities in the future. What a team keep up the amazing work.
