Get fit and have fun on paddleboards

In this one-hour session with expert paddleboarder and yoga instructor Leanne Bird, you will improve your SUP technique, fitness and mobility while having fun with some fantastic like-minded people. We will paddle in New Quay harbour area.

Where possible Leanne will give individual feedback so you should see your technique, fitness and confidence come on leaps and bounds over time.

  • What is the minimum age for this activity?

    The minimum age is 8 years old.

  • Do I need to be a good swimmer?

    You need a basic level of water confidence.

  • Do I have to wear a wetsuit?

    You don’t have to wear a wetsuit but it is recommended.

  • Will I get wet?

    Probably!

  • Will I get a certification at the end of the activity?

    This session does not carry certification.

  • Can I bring my own kit?

    Yes, or hire a board from us for £10 and a wetsuit for £5.

  • What happens if there are no suitable dates for me?

    If there are no dates that suit you, please contact us.

  • How large is the group in each session?

    We can take a maximum of six students to one instructor.

  • Are activities at a set time?

    We may have to adjust preferred timings to allow for the tide.
