The Company actively encourages training and personal development.
The Centre manager will use CBW funds or use grant funds to develop its team wherever possible.
There is an expectation however that staff will remain loyal to the company to repay that investment.
Requests for training should be made to the Centre manager.
Continual Professional Development (CPD) is actively encouraged. During quiet times or when conditions permit staff and volunteers should practice some of the skills they teach or would like to improve upon using the expertise and guidance of other instructors.
CBW will keep a record of all training in the staff folder with other training documents.
