The one day we were able to open this Bank Hol was Saturday, and it turned out lovely. A double SUP lesson and plenty of people hiring paddleboards and kayaks. There were dolphins in the bay and lots of people enjoying the beach.

We tried out our new Rinsd wetsuit wash, courtesy of local lifeguard Will Thomas, who came to demo it last week. It means the BAs and wetsuits are properly clean (although we’ve always done our best with Fairy), and the Centre now smells less like the bottom of the harbour! We can be dunking close to 100 wetsuits and BAs a day, and this stuff still smells good at the end of the day. The ingredients are all biodegradable so we’re happy from an environmental point of view as well.

Highly recommended – a quick rinse under the hose isn’t enough to really clean a suit. Check it out at Rinsd.
