Equipment Hire Policy
Minimum age 8 years old.
Under 12’s accompanied by an adult.
Buoyancy or lifejacket to be worn at all times for all activities.
Stay in the defined operating area.
Hirer to stay with their hired craft at all times.
Only one person at a time may ride on a paddle board.
The paddleboard leash must be attached to the rider at all times.
Safety boat to be on the water and manned.
Safety boat is for use in emergencies, not coaching.
Observe Ceredigion Marine Conservation Code of Conduct.
Dinghy, wind and wing surf hire is no longer offered (2026) due to the high cost of managing and repairing equipment.
Cardigan Bay Watersports reserves the right to cancel or terminate a session or sessions if there is an unmanageable risk.
