Street parking limits apply and traffic wardens are on patrol, April to September.
Car parking is available at Central, Rock Street and Church Road car parks.
Please arrive in good time for your session as your session will finish at the booked time even if you arrive late.
You will be met by your instructor who will explain the plan for your session.
You will be issued appropriate PPE for your activity and shown where to change and store any valuables.
Public toilets and outside shower are located opposite the Penwig Hotel, Glanmor Terrace, New Quay; we have changing facilities, showers and toilets for customers at the Centre.
