From 29th March 2021 the main road through town (Glanmor Terrace) will be closed 12-5 to allow for social distancing.
The Paragon car park above the Dolau beach will be for blue badge holders only.
The council car park by the doctor’s surgery is open and charges apply.
The privately-owned Central carpark is open and charges apply.
Local parking limits apply (mostly 1-hour limits) and traffic wardens regularly patrol the area.
Please respect the public toilets as many businesses will not be able to allow use of their facilities.
Toilets at the Paragon car park above Dolau Beach are open.
Toilets and outside shower on the green opposite the Penwig are open; currently free.
Toilets by the Watersports Centre/Marine Wildlife Centre are not currently open.
Dogs are allowed on the Dolau beach (furthest south) and to the north of the Lifeboat slipway. They are not allowed on the main beach from 1 May – 30 September inclusive.
Lifeguards will be on the main beach patrolling the swimming area (yellow buoyed area) dates to be confirmed.
They will be providing a limited service to avoid close contact so please take take on the beach and in the water.
