Conditions

1. All participants must be 12 years of age or over and

be able to swim 50 metres.

2. All participants must wear approved bouyancy aids,

properly fastened at all times whilst on the water.

3. All participants must remain within the area designated

by the Chief Instructor of CBWS.

4. All participants for windsurfing and sailing must have

basic competence in the sport and be able to rig their own equipment.

5. All hire is at the discretion of Cardigan Bay Watersports

and is dependant on prevailing weather conditions.

6. Cardigan Bay Watersports reserve the right to cancel or

abort any sessions, for whatever reason, in the interests of safety.
