Fire Safety policy
If a fire is discovered contact the emergency services, telephoning 999
Evacuate the building
No re-access once evacuated
The fire assembly muster point is at the foot of the lifeboat station
A roll call will be made at the assembly point by an on-site member of staff

Fire extinguishers will be checked annually by an appropriate contractor
Volunteers and employees will be shown the location of fire extinguishers
A safe and unobstructed exit route will be maintained at all times
Report the use of an extinguisher to the Centre Manager
