EQUIPMENT HIRE
It is now possible for you to use our equipment for kayaking, windsurfing and sailing, without instruction, in an unstructured session and subject to the conditions below. Our charges include the use of wetsuits, windproof tops and bouyancy aids. You are advised to wear appropriate footwear.
Conditions
- The minimum age to participate in a hire session is 8 years. 8 to 12 year olds must be accompanied by a responsible adult. All participants should be confident, out of their depth, in water.
- All participants must wear approved bouyancy aids, properly fastened at all times whilst on the water.
- All participants must remain within the area designated by the Chief Instructor of CBWS.
- All participants for windsurfing and sailing hire must have basic competence in the sport and be able to rig their own equipment.
- All hire is at the discretion of Cardigan Bay Watersports and is dependant on prevailing weather conditions.
- In the interests of safety Cardigan Bay Watersports reserve the right to cancel or abort any hire sessions, for whatever reason.
Safety Cover is provided.
